We went to Dave's (Dad's coworker) cabin a few weeks ago. It snowed!! October 13, can you believe it?! That is pretty early for snow,so we didn't get to do as much as we wanted to do at the cabin, but it was still fun and we did still play outside a lot.
Fortunately I found a digger to play with.
Dumbell Lake.
We went for a cool hike in the snow. Pete insisted on being carried alot. We think he really hated his winter jacket that he wore for the first time. It is kinda bulky, and we were calling him Blue Marshmallow by the end of the weekend.
Action shot of when I hit Dad in the face with a snow ball. Haha!
Here are some of the dogs. There were lots of dogs.
We got to play with our friends Josie and Sage. Sage had the neatest light up coloring board. If any one is looking for Christmas present ideas, this is it! You color on it in the dark and it lights up the markers and crayon print, and then you can erase it and color some more.
On our way home we stopped at Palisade Point and went for a walk to enjoy the view.
Us having fun running down the road...
...but not having fun when Peter tripped and scraped his nose and lip. Poor little guy!
