Big News!

On April 12, yesterday, Mom witnessed my first free stand all by myself!! I was grabbing the remotes off the couch and with one remote in each hand, I stood for at least 15 seconds. I know you might not be too impressed, since most of you can stand for that long, and some of you can stand even longer, but that is big news in the baby world! I have not stood since then, but I don't want to flaunt my new talent. Maybe Daddy will get me standing again tonight!

I don't know what is more fun- chewing on the handle, moving it back and forth, or watching fishing on TV. But doing all at the same time is great! Thanks Uncle Mike for this cool, retro toy!

My Friend's First Birthday Party

It was Landon's first birthday party on Saturday. It was at a hotel with a pool so after we ate all the yummy food, I got to go swimming with Daddy! Happy Birthday Landon!

My cool swim trunks are from my Uncle Jimmy! Pretty soon I will be out in San Diego taking surf lessons from him!

A Beautiful Easter Celebration!

We had such a good Easter. My cousins came and spent the night- I had a fun time playing with them and egg hunting with them Easter morning. Then my Grandparents and Aunt Jill showed up and we all went to church together, where I was excellently behaved! We later feasted on lasagna, chicken, fresh fruit and deviled eggs and yummy chocolate cheesecake! It was a wonderful first Easter! I am so glad I was able to share it with my big family!

I got to visit the Easter bunny at the mall the other day! Luckily Grandma Gerard had her camera with her to snap some cute photos of me!
